Office Expansion for CEVA Logistics

CEVA Logistics had been in contact with several companies prior to speaking to us about their enquiry.

One of their logistics teams had been working from an existing 28' × 10' Portakabin, but the team had reached a point where more space and improved facilities were needed.

After discussing their requirements with their Logistics Director Ray, we got to work preparing a same day quotation.

Ray and his colleagues had been considering a sold as seen option from another company. But after reviewing our proposal, could see the benefit in having a bespoke portable cabin designed and built specifically to their requirements.

Following a visit to see some example of our buildings going through production, our quotation was accepted and the buildings final specification was signed off for production.

The building would be split into three areas that included a main office, kitchen and two toilets.

Externally the building was finished in plastic coated steel - colour: Sargasso - RAL 5003 with anthracite film wrapped uPVC windows and doors.

Internally the building was supplied with a carpet tiled main office and a navy blue Howdens kitchen - Greenwich Range.

As part of our proposal, we also agreed to purchase and safely removing CEVA's existing Portakabin.

To minimise disruption to their operations, we coordinated its removal for the same day that the new building was delivered. This allowed the changeover to be completed efficiently while keeping downtime and disruption on site to a minimum.
